Eric D. Tumperi, Chairman/CEO
AnyTransactions is Mr. Tumperi's second start-up as a founding executive. As co-founder, President and COO of Enterpulse from 1996 until 2000, he was instrumental in the company's growth as one of the premier Internet solutions companies in the Atlanta area. Mr. Tumperi led the development and growth of the ExpoExchange e-products group, and his efforts culminated in the sale of ExpoExchange into the largest tradeshow registration and housing company. Mr. Tumperi became well known in the association and tradeshow industry as an expert on emerging technology applications. He has spoken frequently at industry events and as a guest instructor at Executive MBA programs. Mr. Tumperi has also authored numerous computer industry articles.
Prior to co-founding Enterpulse, Mr. Tumperi was at IBM for 13 years, serving as Global Brand Manager for IBM NetFinity (now part of IBM Server Group) Services & Support. In this position, he conceptualized and implemented two major support programs that remain as key product differentiators to this day (multi-vendor 7x24 support, and TechConnect - an international B2B relationship program for networking products). Other assignments at IBM included national/regional sales management, integration services management, and systems integration and engineering. Mr. Tumperi graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Kyle E. Merrigan, Vice President of Client Services
Mr. Merrigan has over 18 years of experience in the field of applications and systems development and consulting. He has a proven track record in the creation and operations of corporate technology infrastructures and information systems. Past positions include President of APower Solutions (an Internet software development company), Inc., a Principal for the North Highland Company (an IT and Business consulting firm) and Managing Director of the southeast region for Naviant Technology Solutions (a data warehouse and CRM consulting firm). Mr. Merrigan began his career with the Federal Government, where he had a 13-year tenure. He developed sophisticated communications, CRM, imaging/document handling and information management systems. He is a graduate of Clemson University were he was awarded a BS in Computer Science.

Chuck Johnson, Vice President of R&D
Mr. Johnson has over 8 years of experience in the evaluation and application
of interactive multimedia and voice technologies for companies such as
BellSouth, NCR, AT&T and US Advanced Networks. He has developed
voice-enabled software for retail, financial, computer based training, work
force automation, and voice portal applications. Mr. Johnson was manager of
speech development at US Advanced Networks. Prior to that he was a senior
speech technologist at Bell South, where he participated in the design and
development of the Info-By-Voice portal. This was the first, large scale
deployment of a consumer information voice portal. Before joining Bell
South, Mr. Johnson worked as a project leader and developer for NCR's Human
Interface Technology Center. At NCR he was responsible for the development
and transfer of human-computer interface technologies to retail and
financial divisions. Mr. Johnson graduated cum laude with a BSEE degree
from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. And he holds Masters Degree in
Electrical Engineering (with a concentration in Digital Signal Processing)
from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Johnson is the author of two
patents on methods for monitoring information flow, and performing data
collection and analysis.
