Design of a Customized VIA:
AnyTransactions begins by listening to you telling us about your business. With you, we validate the economic return of a voice interface application in your business. This will include a detailed explanation of our pricing so that together we can determine the expected ROI of your voice application. This part of the process includes one or two Discovery Meetings (at our expense) so we can give you a written Design Specification, Project Overview and detailed proposal of work. There are no charges up until this point. You contract with AnyTransactions when you are sure the project will pay for itself.

Building a Customized Voice Application with VIA Tools:
The Company's technology tools include its integrated development tool platform tied closely in with speech recognition software in order to deliver a capability to quickly and efficiently build highly customized voice applications. The toolset was designed and built with one thing in mind - to support expert voice application builders in the rapid design, production and deployment of highly functional voice applications in a hosted platform environment.

Once a design specification is complete, the building of a customized application is consequently very rapid-typically less than 30 days. In addition to the actual building of the platform, AnyTransactions works with its customer in audio design and production of prompts as well as any required telephony engineering required by the project.


Testing a Customized VIA:
Following the build phase of the project, extensive iterative testing by our own Quality Assurance engineers as well as your employees takes place. The application deployment is typically staged so as to continue the tuning of the application as actual customers begin to interact with the system.

Running Your Customized Voice Application:
AnyTransactions runs your voice interface application in its parent company's hosting center. This data-hosting center was built at a cumulative cost of over $2,000,000 and began operations with enterprise and e-commerce customers in 1997. It provides 7x24 operations management, and physical, network and system security, and has onsite systems support personnel providing systems management functions. AnyTransactions uses Dialogic hardware, connected through digital voice T1 lines, supplied by MCI/Worldcom, to connect. Private point to point voice lines will be the primary form of connectivity for customers who have a sophisticated phone switch onsite with their call center.

Managing Your Customized Voice Application:
The first 90 days of deployment are crucial in the success of the application. AnyTransactions will be active in monitoring the system and in tuning its performance. We will measure your customers' satisfaction and their usage of the system. With you, we will sit down and re-examine the ROI of the application to insure your success in generating actual economic returns. Thereafter, an AnyTransactions account manager will review the systems performance with you every six months. In addition, our VIA Technologies furnish you and the Account Manager with continuous performance monitoring of the application.
