AnyTransactions' engagement methodology ensures customer requirements are turned into usable and cost effective voice applications in 90 days. The methodology ensures that a Voice Interface Application project is well planned with a thorough understanding of critical success factors. Additionally, AnyTransactions engagement methodology ensures that you achieve your projected ROI and that the voice interface application is monitored and tuned on an ongoing basis.

The Engagement Methodology has three stages:

  1. Discovery
  2. Application Development & Testing
  3. Post VIA Development

Discovery:
The primary purpose of AnyTransactions Discovery phase is to validate that a voice interface application makes sense for you. This phase of the engagement methodology is free. Discovery meetings with you help our consultants and engineers understand your business and specifically define the high level scope of the project including the design of the application, telephony requirements and scope of audio recording requirements. The Discovery phase concludes with a detailed proposal to the you.

Application Development:
After the initial proposal is accepted, the AnyTransactions team completes a Detailed Design Specification and Project Plan for your approval. The Voice Interface Application is then built and tested. Parallel with this development the audio prompts are designed and recorded and any telephony engineering is completed. After extensive iterative testing the application is deployed in a phased manner.

Post VIA Deployment.
Our engagement with you really never ends. However, the first 15-30 days of initial phased deployment are filled with extensive monitoring and tuning of the application. A scheduled 90-day follow-up with you includes reporting on customer acceptance and usage of the new voice interface application and measurement and calibration of actual and projected ROI. An AnyTransactions account manager will monitor the applications and sit down with you every 6 months to discuss performance and customer satisfaction.
